What the form is for
Most messages are about problems: a file will not open, the conversion stops, or the result looks different from what was expected. It helps to include the file extension, the approximate file size, the number of pages, the browser you used and the exact error message from the tool.
The form is also the right place for feedback on the wording, on keyboard and screen-reader use, or for suggestions about other formats. Replies usually arrive within a few days.
What happens to your message
The form stores nothing in a database and creates no account. Name, email address and message are forwarded to the operator as an email and used only to answer your request.
Files do not belong in the message: the tool converts documents entirely on your device, and a support request never needs the file itself.
If something does not work
First check that the file is within the stated limits, that it really is a PDF or PNG, and that your browser is up to date. Most error messages in the tool already name the concrete cause.
For password-protected PDFs only the correct password helps; there is no feature to bypass the protection.
